Download FASTA File
Click the GET FASTA button to download the protein's .fast file.
Download Structure
Click the Download icon under the structure image to download a .cif file.
Select Organism
Open the Organism menu to select and display another organism's information.
View Crystal Structure
Click an Identifier link to view its crystal structure.
View Protein Properties
Click the Pharmacology, Ligands, Diseases, Chemical Space, and Pathways tabs to view the protein's properties.
Pharmacology
The Pharmacology tab has the same pharmacological information displayed for ligands in CAS BioFinder.
Ligands
The Ligands tab displays the ligand results associated with the protein. Clicking CAS Registry number displays the ligand's detail page. Clicking the Metabolites or Proteins links displays the relevant tab on the ligand's detail page.
Diseases
The Diseases tab has the same information displayed for disease results in CAS BioFinder.
Chemical Space
The Chemical Space tab displays all the ligands that are active against the protein target and allows you to view the distribution of selected properties (X- and Y-Axis) in a 3D or 2D chart.
Pathways
The Pathways tab displays reaction and source information.
