Custom Predictive Analytics Panels. This feature will allow users to focus their research by creating panels of specific target proteins of interest for which we have Predictive Analytics models. The models and the results will also indicate the organism associated with the protein.
From the Panels page a user can select to create a new panel. They can name the panel or use the default name provided.
Once they have created the panel, the user can select the target protein models they want to include in the panel, aided by a search function.
Protein target models selected by the user will appear in the “Your selected Targets” section as shown below.
Once target protein models have been selected, the user can save the panel and it will appear on the Panels page with the CAS panels and any other panels they may have created.
When subsequently running predictive Analytics, a user will be able to select their custom panels from the Select Panel dropdown in the Predictive Analytics dialog.
Lastly, when viewing the results, the organism associated with the target protein model will be displayed along with the target protein model name and the user will be able to filter the results by organism.
Note: The Predictive Analytics results were previously collapsed around the target protein model name and a consensus value for all organisms was presented.
