Search Scaffolds by Target, Name, or Disease

Enter your search text (ligand or target identifiers, disease names and synonyms), and then click the magnifying glass icon or press Enter to display your scaffold results.

Tip: For best results when searching by target name, enter the standardized name. If your search term is an abbreviation or synonym, use the Target filter in the results to check if the preferred name is different.

Search Scaffolds by Structure

1. Click Draw a Structure.
   
   
   
   
2. Either draw or uploading a structure, and then click the Search button to display your scaffold results. Note: Stereochemistry is ignored in structure searches.
   
   

Uploading a Search Structure

1. In CAS Draw, click the Import icon.
   
   
   
   
2. In the Upload Structure pop-up, click the Choose file button.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the file on your computer.
   
   
   
   
4. Click the Upload button.
